She has completed over 200 post graduate hours in AK, 200 hours of Touch for Health along with advanced training with Donna Eden to complement her formal study.
Dr. Reed started a six-month intensive training in Internal Health with the Food Enzyme Institute in 2007. Since 2007 she has completed over 200 additional hours in advanced enzyme therapy and nutrition. She uses the principles of enzyme therapy to help her patients meet the demands of stress. The intensive training includes a detailed analysis of the visceral systems of the body and what is needed to restore health and normal function.
Prior to studying chiropractic, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Education from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Master of Science Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville. She has worked in the sports field for over 20 years coaching, teaching, training, and managing fitness facilities. She focuses her treatment on educating her patients on proper nutrition and exercises to support their spine and nervous system.
Dr. Reed enjoys lecturing to various social and educational groups.
